Candice Downs, Registered Dental Hygienist

Candice earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Elizabethtown Community College in 1997, She has been a member of Dr. Gabhart's team since. Candice is practically a part of our patient's families and that is just how you will be treated. She has completed certification for local anesthesia and nitrous oxide and furthers her expertise with continuing education courses.

Candice resides in nearby Bardstown with her husband Randy and their two boys, Derrick and Clay. They enjoy camping and hiking. She has a great green thumb and loves to garden.

Lee Morgan, Licensed Enrolled Agent

Lee has been employed with D. Gabhart since 2005 as his number cruncher. Lee and her husband, Chuck live in Rineyville and have been married 39 years. They have one son, Charles Jr. They enjoy walking. tennis, and gardening. Lee is also an avid reader and Sudoku puzzle solver.

Donna Booker, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Donna has been a part of Dr. Gabhart's team since 2002. She has assisted Dr. Gabhart in patient care and has recently moved into a front office position.

Donna and her husband have welcomed Eli, their 1st grandson into their family. They enjoy spending quality time with their children & grandson.

Kimberley Eastridge, Dental Assistant

Kimberly has been a part of Dr. Gabhart's team since 2009. She was recently certified in coronal polishing and has taken a radiography safety class at U of L.

Kimberly and her husband Caleb are newly married and expecting their first baby at the end of March. In their spare time they enjoy spending time in their new apartment and going out to dinner or order in.

Chastity Walters, Dental Assistant

Chastity is currently attending Elizabethtown Community and Technical College pursing her Associated Degree in Business Management and certification in dental assisting. She has been a part of Dr. Gabhart's team since 2011.

Chastity has three children; Chelsea, Jacob, and Logan. She enjoys fishing and playing football & baseball with her kids.

Melissa, Dental Hygienist

Melissa earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Henderson Community College and joined Dr. Gabhart's dental team in June 2011. She desires to make your visit to our office comfortable and informative while providing you assistance in meeting your goal of a healty beautiful smile. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide and continues to seek our evidence of improved treatment methods through reading dental journals and attending continuing education courses.

Melissa resides in Bonnieville with her husband Michael. They enjoy writing music together, playing guitar and fiddle. When not singing, she enjoys reading, gardening, fishing and just being outdoors.

Christina Lee, Office Coordinator

Christina graduated from RETS Electronic Inst. In 2002. If you have any questions about your bill, need to schedule an appointment, or would like more information about the practice, Christina would be glad to help.

Christina resides in Hart County with her husband Mike and two children Kelsey and Kylie. The family enjoys walking, hiking, and swimming at the lake. Christina also enjoys volunteering with the Girl Scouts.
